At one end of the line of eateries, Tito's Pizza, Bistro, Brews (with an apostrophe) serves tater tots four ways, including a Pizza Tot, and a Manila Way Pizza, with cured pork, Spanish sardines and a salted egg. A few doors down, Titas of Manila Filipino Kitchen (apparently no apostrophe), offers daing na bangus, pinakbet, turon and pancit bihon. To eat at Tito's is easy. To eat at Titas demands a fully charged iPhone – unless you're fluent in Tagalog.
